Welcome to Our Leadership Team Sheri Lileikis

Coldwell Banker Premier Realty is excited to announce Sheri Lileikis has joined our leadership team as the new branch manager for the Centennial Hills Campus. This dynamic individual, licensed in Nevada since 2013, joins us with 17 years of experience in the Las Vegas mortgage industry. No stranger to leadership, Sheri has also served as a real estate coach with the Mike Ferry Organization and as a trainer, coach, sales manager, and recruiter for local real estate individuals and teams.

Centennial Hills Branch Manager Roles

As Branch Manager, Sheri will play a vital role in the training, mentoring, retention and success of our Centennial Hills sales associates. With her problem-solving skills and experience, Sheri’s key goals are to help agents overcome any obstacles in order to take their business to the next level, whether new or experienced. We have no doubt Sheri will shine in this role, and we can’t wait to see everything she brings to the table.

Why CBPR

We recently sat down with Sheri to discuss this next step in her career, and when asked WHY she chose CBPR she had this to say:

“In order to be truly successful you have to love your job and where you work. Over the years, I have worked with some amazing leaders and also with people whose values were not parallel with my own. From the moment I met with Bob and Molly and saw their genuine nature firsthand, I knew this was the company I was meant to be at. Your vibe really does attract your tribe, and I am thrilled that I found mine with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty.”

Sheri steps in as Branch Manager for Chris Bishop, who served as an integral member of the CBPR Leadership Team for over six years. Chris, the 2018 GLVAR President, has decided to pursue real estate sales full-time as a Coldwell Banker Sales Associate while he focuses on his impeding NVAR 2020 presidency.
